Large Marketing Agency – Perkins & Company created an IT Strategic Plan to
determine how to leverage and improve a highly disparate centralized/decentralized
organization. This project was part IT assessment and part "Roadmap Development"
to align IT as an enabling organization to help the overall enterprise achieve its
strategic goals.
Online Home & Garden Retailer - Perkins & Company lead a strategic planning,
process improvement and technology assessment project to help this private company
improve its ability to grow in a more sustainable and profitable manner. Working
closely with the senior management team, Perkins & Company identified numerous
opportunities for improvement and risk areas that required immediate resolution.
Privately-held Retail Store Operator - Perkins & Company was chosen to assist in
defining and implementing this organization's CHANGE MANAGEMENT approach
since this company, like most others, has significantly more projects than it has
resources. Perkins & Company is working closely with PMO, HR and Store
Operations to define the approach in a collaborative fashion.
